Good News! Because of the overwhelming response for Main Event tickets, the committee has decided to hold
the ticket price at $60. Even though there will be no price increase, you MUST RSVP by August 11th!   

You may send an electronic payment by Zelle to DHS 50th Reunion at 419 699 9906 or pay by Venmo to @DHS1973. When using Venmo, if you are asked for the last four digits of a phone number, it is 3661.

We need help in these final days to encourage anyone who hasn’t bought a ticket yet to do so before August 11! The tab, “Haven’t Heard Back” has a list of names of alumni who have expressed an interest in attending or have attended past reunions. Please help us by contacting your friends and promoting the message that we want to see everyone!

NOTE: If you know of someone who has limited funds and would like to attend the reunion, thanks to generous donations, we have a number of tickets available at no cost. Please contact Joan Bennett Schultz (maumee.blackcat@gmail.com) to receive a ticket confidentially.

Volunteers & donors needed

Cash Donations. To encourage maximum attendance, we kept ticket prices as low as possible and still need cash donations to cover the costs of things like decorations and equipment rental. If possible, we would like to have funds to cover the costs of guests such as teachers and alumni who can’t afford the tickets.

Prizes. Please let us know if you have anything you’d be willing to donate that can be used as a reward for games on the night of the reunion. Bottles of wine, a weekend vacation at your second home, and gift certificates are some ideas. Keep in mind many of our classmates will be traveling and may not be able to transport large items. Let us know what you can contribute by dropping an email to tiger@devilbiss1973.com.

Drivers. Volunteers are needed to pick up people from the Detroit airport on Friday or Saturday and take them back on Sunday or Monday. Contact Tammi Davis if you are interested (tammidavis11@gmail.com).

Bakers. To defray costs, we are bringing our own desserts. If you’d like to contribute, let Barb Weber Bauchman know (woodwind55@gmail.com).

Friday night. Several people will be needed to help greet our guests and hand out name tags at our Friday evening “Meet & Greet.”

Event set up/take down. Plenty of volunteers are needed to set up decorations and clean them up on Saturday. Send a note to tiger@devilbiss1973.com and let us know which shift you’d be able to help with.
